The following personas for my DreamSpace Renovation Application. Following the Personas, I included a journey map, indicating a users emotion when using the DreamSpace application.
TESTING SCRIPT
The following are testing script questions, along with user response based on the DreamSpace application.
Using the search bar, follow the steps into appropriately finding a contractor for the specific vision you are looking for:
- User was able to follow the directions, and find the contractor following the steps from the search bar.Going through the questions on the search bar, browse through the page and select a contractor.
- The user was able to achieve this task, and successfully find and select a contractor.
Overall, I feel the questions may have seemed too simplistic, but I learned through user testing, the simpler the design is, the more likely the user will accomplish these questions with a user-friendly UX design.
